| Deliveries |
Every effort will be made to deliver your goods within 14 days of order acknowledgement.
However in some instances delivery make take up to 28 days. Please click for
suppliers lead times.
All products on our website will be delivered by our suppliers Home Delivery Team. The Home Delivery service is FREE anywhere within mainland Britain with the exception of areas with the following postcodes:
KW, IV, PH, & PA.
For deliveries to these areas, the Scottish Islands and the Isle of White, please contact us. We regret we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland and Eire.
After acknowledgement of your order you will be contacted by telephone by our supplier's representative, who will advise you wehn they are next in your area. They will then arrange a convenient time to deliver your goods.
The delivery windows are between 7.30am - 1.30pm and 11.30am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If you cannot accept delivery on the specified day you will be offered an alternative.
We regret we cannot accept requests for specific day deliveries.
After agreeing a delivery window any failed deliveries may result in further charges for the return trip.
The delivery service will by a two man team to the room of your choice. Unpacking and assembly is not included in this service.
Removal and disposal of your old bed is not possible. Your local council may provide this service for a small charge. |
